To book the Clubhouse or Pool Area:

If date is available, the rental agreement , the refundable deposit ($150), and rental check fee need to be submitted as soon as possible. In order for a reservation to be booked, the contract, refundable deposit, and rental fee check must be received 30 days before event. A walk through before and after the event will be scheduled as the event draws closer. After the event a post walk through will take place to determine if the deposit will be refunded.

9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. All swimmers
9:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. Adult swimmers

Closed on Monday for cleaning

Pool can not be reserved for private parties.

  • Three (3), five foot folding tables (plastic)
  • 8 Folding chairs are available upon request
  • Dish/Dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies and broom/mop provided.

Note: You provide all linens, place ware, utensils, cookware and glasses.

Pool Parties:

* No more than two pool parties per 24 hour period will be approved.

* Limit of 30 guests per party. Your family plus 30 guests total.

*Parties must be scheduled between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm for a maximum of 3 hours.

* If reserving the pool area only, the gazebo will be reserved for your party. ($35 per hour). If reserving the clubhouse and pool area, no more than two tables will be reserved under the awning by the clubhouse ($50 per hour). 

*Non-members may not rent the clubhouse for pool parties or the pool area. 

* If you are found to be exceeding the number of guests or the 3 hour time limit, you will forfeit your deposit ($150 per party). ​

Pool Rules & Regulations:

  • All persons using pool must enter using their key card
  • No more than 6 non resident guests per household 
  • Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Bathing suits are required (no cut off jeans)
  • Babies must have on swim diapers
  • No running, diving, rough or rowdy play
  • No pets, bicycles, tricycles, skates or skateboards
  • NO GLASS CONTAINERS (could result in cancellation of your pool privileges) 
  • No eating or drinking in pool
  • No alcohol in pool area
  • No smoking
  • Small battery operated radios only
  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their children and guests
  • No pool furniture in the pool ​

Please be a good neighbor, use common courtesy, and keep our pool area and bathrooms clean


Rental Fees

Members: $35/hr. with a three hour minimum with a $150 refundable deposit. (request form at bottom of page)

Note: To get member rates, a member must be the responsible party on all paperwork, submit the payment and must be present at the walk through. (request form at bottom of page)

Non-Member: $95/hr. with three hour minimum with a $150 refundable deposit

  • Please note that your rental fee includes an hour before the start of your event to set up and an hour after your event to clean.
  • Events may not begin before 8am and must end by Midnight. 
  • We ask that events be booked 10 days in advance.
  • Two events in a 24 hour period may not be able to be accommodated.
  • Please note that members who are not current with their dues are unable to rent the clubhouse.
